The Ministry of Caring will host Mardi Gras Masquerade on Friday, March 1, 2019 at the Francis X. Norton Center at 6:00 p.m. Join us for an exciting and fun evening with New Orleans cuisine by Chef Bill Bradley and live music by Box Turtle Bob and The Original Chesapeake Bayou Brothers.
The funds raised will help support the Ministry of Caring’s House of Joseph ll for persons with HIV/AIDS. This permanent residence helps men and women diagnosed with HIV/AIDS deal with the disease that is often complicated by the loss of family or community support. The ticket price is $50 each and includes buffet dinner, free beer and wine and free valet parking. Some of the traditional menu favorites are: Shrimp Remoulade – New Orleans Muffuletta – Chicken and Andouille Gumbo – Jambalaya – Mountain Lobsters – Mama’s Bread Pudding with Fresh Fruit and Nuts topped with Whiskey Sauce, Bananas Foster among other items for your dining pleasure.
