Within the next 7 (seven) days you MUST call your nearest Emmanuel Dining Room location (the location you indicated on your form), so that you can make an appointment to present your documents:

Once you have visited Emmanuel Dining Room West and confirmed your documentation, please collect your Adopt-a-Child gifts from the Emmanuel Dining Room you indicated on your registration application.

ADOPT-A-CHILD PICKUP IS TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY, and THURSDAY, DECEMBER 5, 6, AND 7.
between 9:30-11 a.m. and between 1:30-3 p.m. ONLY!

Only parents/guardians who register children may pick up gift cards, NO EXCEPTIONS. Valid photo ID required.
